Why we started
Good work was invisible, and trust was a gamble.
In Cameroon most work is found by word of mouth. A number is forwarded on WhatsApp with "he is good" and the client hopes for the best. The electrician with fifteen years of clean work has nothing to show for it beyond his phone contacts. The young engineer's certificates sit in a drawer. And the client cannot tell the honest worker from the one who disappears with the deposit.
Good workers stay invisible outside their quartier, clients pay for that uncertainty, and everyone loses time. We built Juzt-Tap so that a reputation can be shown, checked and carried, by the plumber and the lawyer alike.

For shops and sellers
Your shop, with proof behind it
The storefront is for everyone who sells: a boutique in Akwa, a tailor's ready-made pieces, a farmer's produce, a solar kit installer, a caterer. Buyers see what you sell, what it costs and who has already bought from you.
- Your catalogue online. Products and services with up to five photos each, prices in XAF, how you take payment, and a shop page to share on WhatsApp.
- Seen in the feed. Each item you add appears in the community feed under Products and services, grouped by day, so people see what is new without being flooded.

Yes. Every member has a shop: products and services with photos and prices in XAF, a shop page people can share, and messages or WhatsApp to order. New items appear in the community feed by themselves, and every sale the buyer confirms shows on your profile as proof that you deliver.
Is Juzt-Tap free?
Free to start. Paid plans from 2 900 XAF a month. The free plan includes a public profile, identity verification, reviews, the community and chat. Paid plans add unlimited client requests, priority in search, the NFC card, analytics and team tools.
How is Juzt-Tap different from WhatsApp or LinkedIn?
WhatsApp passes a number along; Juzt-Tap shows who is behind it, with checked documents and work other people vouched for. LinkedIn is built around office careers and English; Juzt-Tap treats a plumber and a lawyer the same, works in French and English, and is made for phones and Mobile Money in Cameroon.
How does Juzt-Tap verify people?
Members send an ID, a certificate, a trade licence or a business registration. The Juzt-Tap team checks it by hand, with its expiry date, and works with the bodies that issue these papers, such as business registries, professional orders, schools and training centres, to confirm them at the source where it applies. Safe Hire, for tradespeople who enter homes, also needs references, proof of address, a recent criminal record extract and a signed pledge, and lasts 12 months.
