How it works
From your first photo to your next client
Juzt-Tap turns the work you have already done into proof people can check: a profile, documents checked by our team, reviews from real clients, and a card that opens it all with a tap. Here is every part of it, in the order you will meet it.
A profile that shows the work, not just the words
Your profile is your page on the internet, at your own address, juzt-tap.com/u/your-name. It works for an electrician as well as for a lawyer, and it reads well on any phone.
- Projects with photos. Each finished job gets its own page with photos, place, client and duration, and appears in the community feed.
- Services and prices. What you do, where you work, your hours, and a short video if you want.
- You choose what shows. Phone, WhatsApp, email and every section have their own visibility setting.
Checked by people, shown as badges
Badges are never self-declared. You send the document, the Juzt-Tap team checks it by hand against your details and its expiry date and, where it applies, confirms it with the body that issued it. Only then does the badge appear.
- ID verified: your national ID card or passport was checked.
- Certified: a diploma, certificate or licence was checked. Titles such as Dr., Eng., Arch. or Barr. appear before a name only after that check.
- Registered business: a gold seal for companies and tradespeople whose registration or trade licence is checked and in date.
- Confirmed at the source: we work with business registries, professional orders, schools and training centres to confirm the papers they issue.
- Safe Hire: for tradespeople who work in homes: ID, confirmed phone, two references, proof of address, a criminal record extract under three months old and a signed pledge. It lasts 12 months.
A Trust Score you cannot give yourself
The Trust Score, from 0 to 100, counts only evidence that someone else gave: the team, your clients, the people you worked with. Filling in your own bio adds nothing to it, and no plan can buy points. A higher score puts you higher in search.
- Up to 45 points: an ID checked by the team (the largest single part), the Cameroon badge, Safe Hire, a registered business, a confirmed phone and email.
- Up to 25 points: completed work: jobs and sales confirmed by both sides, verified references and projects.
- Up to 20 points: approved reviews from clients.
- Up to 10 points: connections and an approved intro video.
Until the team has checked an ID, the score stops at 50, however many reviews come in.
One tap, and your whole profile is on their phone
The Juzt-Tap card holds a small NFC chip. Hold it near a phone and your profile opens in the browser: photos, badges, reviews, and buttons to call, WhatsApp or save your contact. No app to install.
- Every tap is counted in your dashboard, so you know which meetings brought visits.
- With every paid plan. The card itself is 10 000 XAF, paid once; the plan keeps it live, with a seven-day grace period so a late Mobile Money payment never embarrasses you.
- Made and set up by our team. Each card is encoded for you and linked to your account, so its taps count and it can be paused or replaced if it is lost.
- No NFC on their phone? Your link and QR code open the same page.
Found by the clients who are looking for you
People search Juzt-Tap by trade, skill and city, and land on pages such as "Electricians in Douala". The same pages are written for search engines and AI assistants, so you can be found on Google too, with your profile, badges and reviews.
- Ranked by trust. Verified members with good reviews come first; paid plans add priority placement.
- Who noticed you. See every visit of the last 24 hours, by name when the visitor was signed in.
- Shared on WhatsApp. Your profile, projects and titles come with ready-made WhatsApp links and Status cards.
From a request to a review that stays
A client sends a request or a message from your profile. You agree on the job, do the work, and the client leaves a review tied to that job. The review stays on your profile and raises your Trust Score.
- Chat with voice messages. Explain a job in your own voice; messages are small enough for weak networks.
- Finished jobs are announced. When the client confirms the job, it is posted in the community feed under Completed work, with what was done and the city, never the client's name or address.
- Knock before entering. Someone you are not connected with can send one message, a knock, until you reply. No flood of strangers.
- References and vouches. Former employers confirm your work, colleagues vouch for your skills, and you approve every recommendation before it shows.
A shop for everyone who sells
Shop owners, traders, makers and anyone who sells a product or a service get a shop on their profile, at juzt-tap.com/shop/your-name. It is the same trust, applied to buying: buyers see what you sell, what it costs, and the sales other buyers confirmed.
- Products and services. Up to five photos each, a price in XAF or "on request", and how you take payment. Free accounts list up to 15 items; paid plans list as many as they want and can feature them.
- In the feed by itself. What you add appears in the community feed under Products and services, grouped by day, with the price and a button to the item.
- Deals sealed with a code. Seller and buyer each confirm half of a short code. The buyer's stars go on your profile, the sale counts toward your Trust Score and is posted as completed work.
- Orders by message or WhatsApp. From the item, in one tap.
A community where work gets seen
The community feed shows one post per screen: finished projects, questions, advice, events, new products and services, and work that clients confirmed. "For you" learns what each member cares about and changes its order on every visit, so new and smaller members get seen too.
- Photos, slides and voice. Post photos that play as a slideshow, write in Juzt-Tap slides page by page, add music and a voice-over.
- Show only what you want. One tap shows only Products and services, Completed work or Projects.
- Combi and Tribe. Your Combi are the people you are connected with both ways; your Tribe are the people who follow your work.
- Helpful answers count. Best answers and votes from others make you Most helpful of the week.
Recognition every week, and a circle that lifts you
Every Monday, Rising this week names the Pro of the week, the Most helpful and the member Rising fastest, in each trade and each city, from real activity only. Winners get a badge on their profile and a WhatsApp Status card.
- Njangi. A small group of members takes turns lifting one member's visibility each week with shares, follows, vouches and recommendations. No money moves, and help from your own njangi never counts toward a title.
- My week. Every Sunday evening: your views, card taps, requests and your place among people of the same trade and city.
- Welcome committee. Newcomers near you appear on your dashboard so their first day has real people in it.

Questions
Good to know
Do my clients need the app to open my card?
No. A tap of the NFC card on most phones opens your profile in the browser. Phones without NFC can open it from the link or the QR code.
How long does verification take?
A person on the Juzt-Tap team checks each document by hand. You see the result in your notifications, and the badge appears on your profile as soon as it is approved.
Can I pay to raise my Trust Score?
No. The Trust Score only counts evidence other people or the Juzt-Tap team give: a checked ID and documents, confirmed work, reviews, references and connections. Paid plans add reach and tools, never points.
How much is the card?
10 000 XAF, paid once, with the first payment of a paid plan. The plan keeps it live; renewals are the plan price only.
What happens to my card if my plan ends?
The card keeps working for a grace period of seven days, then pauses until the plan is renewed. Your profile itself stays online and free.
Who checks the documents?
The Juzt-Tap team checks each one by hand, and works with the bodies that issue them, such as business registries, professional orders, schools and training centres, to confirm them at the source where it applies.
Can I sell products on Juzt-Tap?
Yes. Every member has a shop for products and services with photos and prices in XAF. New items appear in the community feed under Products and services, and every sale the buyer confirms shows on your profile.
Is my phone number shown to everyone?
You decide. Each part of your profile has its own visibility setting, and people who are not connected to you can only knock with one message until you answer.
Does Juzt-Tap work in French?
Yes. The website and the app work in English and in French; switch at any time from the menu.
Start with what you have already done.
Free to start. Paid plans from 2 900 XAF a month when you want more reach.
