Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Juzt-Tap ("we", "us", "our"), operated by DreamDynamics by H&S. By registering for, accessing or using Juzt-Tap (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Your acceptance is recorded at registration - including the date, time and IP address - and stored securely. This constitutes legally admissible evidence of your agreement.

If you register on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. About the Platform

Juzt-Tap is a professional identity and trust platform that helps individuals - professionals, artisans and tradespeople - build verified digital profiles, connect with clients and collaborators, and establish credibility across Africa and beyond.

Core services include:

• Verified digital professional profiles with trust scoring
• Portfolio and project showcasing with dedicated project pages
• NFC smart business cards linked to digital profiles
• In-app messaging and professional networking
• Event listings, opportunity boards and team profiles
• Identity and professional credential verification

We reserve the right to add, modify or remove features with reasonable notice.

3. Eligibility

To use Juzt-Tap, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law
• Not have had a previous account suspended or banned by us

4. Your Account

4.1 Registration Accuracy

You must provide accurate, complete and current information. Using false or misleading identity is a violation that may result in permanent termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for the security of your credentials. Notify us immediately at legal@juzt-tap.com of any suspected unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your account.

4.3 One Account Per Person

Each person may hold one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans, restrictions or verification requirements is prohibited.

4.4 Account Deletion

You may request deletion at any time from Settings. We will process deletion within 30 days. Certain data may be retained for legal, audit or safety obligations as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Data We Collect

By using Juzt-Tap, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. In summary:

• Identity data: Full name, email, phone, profile photo
• Professional data: Title, bio, skills, portfolio, certifications, services
• Verification data: Government-issued ID and selfies (securely deleted within 30 days of a decision)
• Usage data: Login times, NFC scan events, messages, feature usage
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device, operating system
• Consent data: The date, time, IP and version of Terms accepted at registration

Your data may be processed on servers outside your country of residence. We apply appropriate safeguards for all cross-border transfers.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not use Juzt-Tap to:

• Post false, misleading, fraudulent or impersonating content
• Harass, threaten, bully, defame or discriminate against any person
• Upload malware, viruses or any malicious code
• Scrape, crawl or extract platform data without our written permission
• Interfere with Platform security, infrastructure or other users' access
• Operate spam campaigns, phishing schemes or pyramid structures
• Misrepresent your qualifications, credentials or professional status
• Facilitate money laundering, terrorism financing or other financial crimes
• Violate any applicable local, national or international law or regulation

Violations may result in content removal, account restriction, termination and - where appropriate - referral to law enforcement.

7. User Content

7.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload ("User Content"), including photos, projects and messages.

7.2 Licence to Us

By uploading, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute your content solely to operate and improve the Platform. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account.

7.3 Your Responsibility

You warrant that your User Content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights or applicable law. You must not upload content that is obscene, defamatory, discriminatory or harmful to minors.

7.4 Content Removal

We may remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice. Report violations to legal@juzt-tap.com.

8. Verification Services

Verification badges indicate that we have reviewed submitted documents. They do not constitute an endorsement of professional competence.

• Verification documents are reviewed only by authorised team members and deleted within 30 days of a decision
• Submitting false or forged documents is a criminal offence and will be reported to authorities
• Verification decisions are at our discretion; appeals can be submitted to legal@juzt-tap.com
• Verified status may be removed if we discover it was obtained through misrepresentation

9. NFC Cards

• NFC cards are personalised and non-transferable
• If your account is suspended or terminated, your card will be deactivated immediately
• We are not liable for delivery delays by third-party couriers
• Card scan events (who scanned, when, approximate location) are recorded and visible to you in analytics
• Replacement cards for lost or damaged units are subject to a fee

10. Payments and Plans

• We offer a free tier and paid subscriptions; pricing is displayed at checkout
• Payment is processed by third-party processors; we do not store full card numbers
• Subscriptions renew automatically; cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of a charge to legal@juzt-tap.com
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for: violations of these Terms, harm to users or the Platform, legal requirements, or 24+ months of inactivity. You may appeal to legal@juzt-tap.com. On termination, your Platform access ceases immediately.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Platform is provided "as is" without any warranty
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access
• We are not liable for disputes or transactions between users
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater
• We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages

Nothing herein excludes liability for death, personal injury due to negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon. Disputes shall first go through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of Cameroon. EU consumers retain the right to bring claims before courts in their country of residence.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will update the version date, email you at least 14 days before changes take effect, and show a notice on the Platform. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
