Pricing questions
Is the free plan really free?
Yes, with nothing to pay and no time limit. You get a public profile, ID verification, the Trust Score, reviews, the community, chat and 5 client requests a month.
How do I pay?
By Mobile Money or bank transfer, in XAF. Tap the plan you want and we send you the payment details; your plan is switched on as soon as the payment is confirmed.
What is a client request?
A new job request, booking or opportunity application that reaches you through your profile. Free accounts get 5 a month; every paid plan removes the limit.
Does a paid plan raise my Trust Score?
No. The Trust Score only counts evidence from other people and the Juzt-Tap team. Paid plans add reach, tools and the card, never points.
Why is the card paid separately?
The card is a real object: we make it, encode it for you and link it to your account, so its taps count and it can be paused or replaced. It costs 10 000 XAF, paid once with your first payment. After that you only pay the plan.
Can I put the card link on my own NFC sticker?
No. Each card is encoded by our team and tied to your account, which is what keeps the tap count honest and lets us pause a lost card. Order extra cards from your NFC page; each one is 10 000 XAF, paid once.
What happens to my NFC card if I stop paying?
It keeps working for seven days after the plan ends, then pauses until you renew. Your profile, projects and reviews stay online on the free plan.
Can I pay for a year?
Yes. Pay for 10 months and use the plan for 12.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, up or down. Your profile, projects, reviews and badges stay with you.
