Scope of the Project

2. Procurement: Purchasing quality ingredients such as flour, sugar, eggs, butter or margarine, milk, yeast, and other necessary materials.
3. Production: Preparing, mixing, shaping, baking, frying, and decorating the selected cakes and pastries.
4. Quality Control: Ensuring that all products are fresh, properly cooked, attractive, tasty, and prepared under hygienic conditions.
5. Packaging: Properly packaging the finished products to maintain their quality and make them attractive to customers.
