No internet connection

When your phone or computer loses its connection, pages cannot load. Nothing you saved on Juzt-Tap is lost: as soon as the connection is back, the page opens again where you left it. Here is how to get back online quickly.

Get back online in a minute

  1. Switch on mobile data or Wi-Fi. Open the quick settings from the top of the screen and check that one of them is on.
  2. Check your data bundle. If your MTN or Orange bundle has run out, pages stop loading. Buy a new bundle or connect to Wi-Fi.
  3. Turn airplane mode on, then off. Wait ten seconds in between. It makes the phone look for the network again.
  4. Move to a better signal. Near a window, outside, or closer to the Wi-Fi box. One bar is often not enough.
  5. Restart the phone. If nothing else worked, this clears most connection problems.
