A tablet or phone at the entrance reads the staff card, then a quick live face check: blink, turn the head. A photo of someone else does not pass.
Or the staff phone, at the site
Staff scan the poster or tap the sticker at the entrance with their own phone. Face, location and the tag are checked together.

Questions companies ask
Does it work without internet?
Yes. The kiosk keeps the staff list and saves check-ins on the device, then sends them when the network is back. You see them marked as sent later.
Which phones and tablets work?
The kiosk needs an Android phone or tablet with NFC and Chrome, or any computer with a USB card reader. For phone check-in, staff use their own iPhone or Android.
What happens to faces?
A face is registered at the kiosk, with your PIN and the person's consent. Only numbers are kept, encrypted. A photo is taken only when a check-in looks wrong, for you to check, and deleted after 90 days.
Can staff cheat for each other?
Not with a card alone: the live face check must match the card's owner, and phone check-in needs the site tag, the person's own face and their location.
How do we pay?
Monthly, by Mobile Money from your Work page, or by transfer with the invoice reference. If an invoice stays unpaid, reports lock after 15 days but check-in keeps working.
Is it in French?
Everything is in French and English, for you and for your staff.
