The VC cup
This is the biggest sporting activity in the university of Buea. The competition comprises of many sporting activities like football, handball, traditional wrestling, judo , tennis,volleyball, athletic, table tennis and many others.
I was opportune to be a leader of college of technology where I played for and together with my team ascended with honors to the finals, were we won on penalty shout out 5-4.
I ended the tournament with 3 assist and 1 goal

Baking Project

Project Title: Production and Marketing of Cakes and Pastries

Project Description:
This project focuses on the preparation, production, packaging, and marketing of different baked products such as cakes, doughnuts, meat pies, fish pies, egg rolls, scotch eggs, chin-chin, and other pastries. The aim is to provide fresh, attractive, affordable, and hygienically prepared baked products to customers.

Scope of the Project
1. Planning: Identifying the types of baked products to produce and determining the required ingredients, equipment, and budget.
2. Procurement: Purchasing quality ingredients such as flour, sugar, eggs, butter or margarine, milk, yeast, and other necessary materials.
3. Production: Preparing, mixing, shaping, baking, frying, and decorating the selected cakes and pastries.
4. Quality Control: Ensuring that all products are fresh, properly cooked, attractive, tasty, and prepared under hygienic conditions.
5. Packaging: Properly packaging the finished products to maintain their quality and make them attractive to customers.

Limbe city tournament is one of the biggest summer tournaments in cameroun played in the city of limbe . The competition is in its 3rd edition and at least 16 teams take part every single year .This shows how competitive it is.
I was opportune to play in the 2nd edition with my team makuka united were we ended finalist and lost at the final 1-0.
I left the tournament with 2 assist and 1 goal

It's a 400m² building pilot, lieing on the main street that can be used to construct a private or a commercial building.

Worked as a Chef at DA Wilmas Eatery responsible for preparing and presenting a variety of meals while maintaining quality, and customer satisfaction. Contributed to menu preparation, ingredient handling, cooking, portion control, and maintaining an organized kitchen environment. Worked collaboratively with other staff to ensure efficient food service and timely delivery of orders. My contribution helped maintain consistent food quality and create a positive dining experience for customers.
